B-FEST 2 – TERMS & CONDITIONS

August 16, 2025 – Eagle Lake, Battle Lake, MN

  1. All Sales Final. Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is officially canceled. Purchase tickets on website.

  2. LIMITED VIP Shore Pass tickets available and is an 18+ event. Parking for event is at the landing.

  3. Event is BYOB (bring your own beverages) & BYOC (bring your own chair).

  4. Food will be available for purchase 3:00 PM - 7:00 PM from Bossy Babes BBQ.

  5. Rain or Shine. The event will proceed regardless of weather conditions. Backup venue to be posted on website.

  6. Entry Validity. Shore entry permitted with a valid purchased ticket or confirmed invite.

  7. Assumption of Risk. Attendees assume all risks associated with outdoor event participation, including but not limited to injury, sun exposure, or water-related activities.

  8. Alcohol Policy. Attendees must be 21+ to consume alcohol. Please drink responsibly.

  9. Safety & Conduct. Event organizers reserve the right to remove any attendee for unsafe, disruptive, or illegal behavior.

  10. Personal Belongings. B-Fest and its organizers are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property.

  11. Media Release. Photos and videos may be captured during the event and used for promotional purposes. Attendance implies consent.

  12. No Unauthorized Vending. Selling food, drinks, or merchandise without prior approval is prohibited.

  13. Boater Safety. If attending by boat, operators must follow all state boating laws and regulations.
